Tryouts begin Sept. 11
Tryouts for cheerleading will be held from:
4 to 5 p.m.
Sept. 11, 12 and 13
2:30 p.m. Sept. 14
at the Gibbs campus Quad.

Cheerleaders at SPC cheer on the men's and women's basketball teams and sometimes the volleyball team. As a cheerleader for SPC, you also have the chance to perform at pep rallies and other functions as representatives of the college.
We are looking for full-time students with flexible schedules. We prefer you not take night or weekend classes during the terms you cheer. We also ask that you maintain a 2.0 GPA, and if you do, you may be eligible for a stipend during the second term that you cheer.
The college provides your uniform - all you need to do is provide the spirit.
