Criteria for Malignancy

- groups of cells
- increased nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio
- plemorphism
- vacolated cytoplasm
- basophilic cytoplasm

Connective tissue neoplasm = sarcoma

- variation in nuclear size
- large irregular nucleoli
- cytoplasmic vacuoles


- Cells from basal cell tumor

- Cells from basal cell tumor
What are the possible causes?


- Cells from squamous cell carcinoma



- infected perianal adenoma

- Soft tissue on side of face.
