Do I
have to work for a company to take training at your facility?
No, you do not have to work for a company to take any of our classes. All of our classes are open to the public. We are called "Corporate Training" because we try to accommodate companies with our variety of classes and flexible scheduling.

How can I get a
copy of the Corporate Training Booklet?
Give us your name and address by phone 727-341-4445, by fax 727-538-7228 or e-mail at cts@spcollege.edu, and we will put your name on our mailing list and mail a current booklet to you.
How do I register for classes?
Our online registration system allows you to register for classes securely. Just click on the class schedule to the left and you can sign up to select the classes you want and register online. Our new system also provides access to online Lifelong Learning schedules.
You can also register by phone, by mail, by fax or in person.

Do I need any computer knowledge to take an introductory computer course?
Previous
computer knowledge is not needed to enroll in an introductory computer course.
Please consult the course description for skills taught in the class and any
prerequisites.
Do I need to
visit the bookstore to obtain my books for any CT courses?
Consult the
description to see if you need to purchase any
textbooks. Most Corporate Training classes have the instructional materials
included in the cost. There are a few classes that will
require a textbook to be purchased separately.
Will classes be cancelled?
Every effort is made to conduct
classes as listed in our booklet and on our web site. However,
circumstances make it necessary for classes to be cancelled,
postponed, or combined. If it is necessary for Corporate Training to cancel or
reschedule a class, you will be notified by phone or by email. If a class is
cancelled you may transfer to another class, if available, or receive a full
refund.
If I cannot
attend a class for which I am registered, how do I drop/reschedule a course?
If you need to
drop/reschedule a course before the first meeting of the class, please contact
SPC Corporate Training Center. We will need something in writing to process your
request. You may email us at cts@spcollege.edu or fax us at 727-538-7228.
What is your
refund policy?
Fees are refundable
if a student withdraws in writing prior to the first class meeting or prior to
the second meeting of a class lasting more than one day. All course materials
(books, assessments, handouts, disks, etc.) must be returned to Corporate
Training unused in order for refunds to be processed. Students will be billed
for the course materials should a refund be processed before course materials
are returned to Corporate Training.
