SPC Board of Trustees
The Equal Access/Equal Opportunity (EA/EO) Office is designed to help members of the St. Petersburg College community seek fair and just resolutions of conflicts in college matters in a non-adversarial, non-litigious manner. EA/EO officers facilitate procedures for handling conflicts. However, the officers are not advocates for any party, nor do they determine the outcome of these matters.
The EA/EO Office is geared toward independence, impartiality and confidentiality to the degree permitted by law. Although we cannot always promise the outcome you were hoping for, we can guarantee that we will listen, be fair and be responsive to your needs. You also will get a complete explanation as to why and how the resolution came about. No person should suffer any penalty because he or she seeks assistance from an EA/EO officer.
