    Bring these items:

    If you apply for financial aid, you will need your:

    • Federal Student Aid PIN (available at http://www.pin.ed.gov)
    • Student’s/Parent’s 2012 W-2 and Federal Income Tax Forms (1040, 1040A or 1040 EZ)
    • 2012 untaxed income (social security, disability, workman's comp, etc.)
    • Driver’s license or state ID
    • Social Security card
    • Spouse or parent’s Social Security number and date of birth

    To get in-state tuition rates, please bring two of the following:

    • Driver's License or state ID
    • Florida vehicle registration
    • Florida voter's registration
