FCS Cybersecurity Competition

The Florida College System is hosting a competition in Tallahassee - road trip! 

We have reserved the SPC van which will fit our whole team along with their gear and an overnight bag. If you would rather, you can provide for your own transportation. 

The van will need to be on the road by 11 AM on Thursday from the Epicenter building to make it in time to check into the hotel and show up for the reception.

Registration Information

• Registration deadline is October 6, 2024
• Teams must be a minimum of two persons and not more than four.
  

Event Logistics

• Welcome Reception: November 14, 2024, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
• Location: Tallahassee State College, Center for Innovation

    300 West Pensacola Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301

• Competition: November 15, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to conclusion of activities (1:00 p.m. ET estimated)
• Location: Florida Department of Education (Ralph Turlington Building)

     325 West Gaines Steet, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0400

• A Continental Breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 a.m., and a box lunch will be provided following the competition and award ceremony.

Competition Information

• October 23, 2024: All participants will receive account information to sign onto virtual test site.
• First, Second and Third place teams will be awarded at the conclusion of competition.
• All participants will receive a certificate of completion.

Travel and Hotel

• The cost of travel will be the responsibility of the institution or student.
• One night hotel stay at one of the three hotels listed below will be paid by the FCS Foundation.
