Veterans Schedule Verification:

Certification to the VA does not happen automatically.

  • In order for SPC to certify your schedule to the VA, you must initiate the process by filling out the Veterans Schedule Verification.
  • Veterans Services will create a VA 22-1999, letting the VA know that you are in school and wish to be paid.
  • Fill out this Veterans Schedule Verification ONLY when you are happy with your schedule and intend to make no further changes, and each time after if you do have to make a scheduling change.
  • You will receive a copy of the verification in your MySPC email, proving that your submission was received.
  • Filling out this form multiple times slows down our certification process and will not aide in your schedule being certified any sooner.
  • Please monitor your phone and student email; we will reach out to you if we find any GI Bill® related scheduling issues.

90-Day Deferment
This form must be filled out each semester and turned in to a Veterans Services office prior to the tuition due date. The 90-Day Deferment form allows us to move your due dates in order to stop your classes from being dropped for non-payment and to give the VA time to pay for your tuition.

Accessibility Services
Our Accessibility Services office works with students who have disabilities to provide and/or arrange reasonable accommodations.
