Jessica Stephens
Veterans Services Student Support Advisor

Jessica joined SPC Veteran Services in July of 2017. She has been an educator for 18 years with a background in organizational training, secondary classroom teaching and post-secondary student advisory services. Born and raised in Maryland to military parents, Jessica enjoys helping our veteran students pursue their academic goals. Jessica graduated from Union College in New York and earned her MA in Teaching from Simmons College in Boston.

Seminole Campus

Sarah Mauter
Sarah joined SPC Veteran's Services in February of 2022. Previously before starting her job with us, she worked for an airline and developed skills in organizational and time management, as well as, deescalating stressful situations. Born and raised in Florida to a military officer, Sarah loves working with veterans and their family members on strengthening their education future. Sarah graduated from Saint Leo University in Florida and earned her MA in Conflict Resolution and Public Policy from the University of Denver in Colorado.

David Humpel

David joined SPC Veteran Services in June 2022. A retired Naval Nuclear Officer, he spent his first 10 years in the enlisted ranks and brings a unique and relatable perspective to the position. He is passionate about educating his veteran brothers and sisters on all the services available in return for their sacrifice to our great nation.
