Pathway to Commercial Real Estate

This course examines various pathways to commercial real estate and its development. It is designed for students interested in new or existing commercial real estate ventures. Further, it is for those who require more subject matter knowledge on commercial buildings, their procurement, purchase, and management. In addition, knowledge of state and local regulations that govern those processes will be covered. The student will learn and engage with leaders and prominent experts in the field, to gain real-world experience. The course runs on Thursday mornings from 9am-10:30am from October 17 through December 5. The cost for the 8 Week course is $149.
