The Collective Power of Women

The collective power of women is stronger today than ever before. 100 Strong, Women Empowering Women is a women-led movement harnessing the power of the Tampa Bay women's community. The vision of 100 Strong is to make a difference in the lives of local college students through philanthropy, education and engagement.

Our members do so to honor their own pasts, support today's students, and change each student's future. Each member makes an annual leadership gift — $5,000, $1,000 or $500 for young professionals under 35 — that supports the SPC Promise Scholarship and Titans Care.

What We Support

The SPC Promise Scholarship

The SPC Promise Scholarship stands to empower a new generation of young people. It is a revolutionary step in honoring our commitment to ensuring economic opportunity and mobility for every community in Pinellas County. The scholarship represents a promise to every student at eight Pinellas County high schools that if they graduate high school and maintain their grades, they can earn an associate degree from SPC for free. It’s a rare opportunity, and one targeted toward the most impoverished communities in the county.

Titans Care

Titans Care helps students on every step of their SPC journey, from middle school through to graduation. Titans Care consists of over 30 programs that provide mentors, mental health services, food pantry, veterans programs, and Brother to Brother and Women on the Way (WOW). Women on the Way serves as a resource and support program designed to meet the educational needs of students seeking to complete a college degree or certificate.
