St. Petersburg College is excited to announce its participation in the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship's (NACCE) Everyday Entrepreneur Program by launching Titan Venture XLP. The collaboration with NACCE marks a significant step in the College's commitment to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship within the Titan community, as SPC’s College of Business continues to enhance its commitment to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Everyday Entrepreneur

The Everyday Entrepreneur Program provides community colleges the support needed to provide access to entrepreneurial education and funding for their students to take their businesses from an idea to a thriving enterprise. By partnering with the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship Everyday Entrepreneur Program, SPC offers students the opportunity to participate in pitch competitions and access entrepreneurial education.

As part of Titan Venture XLP, SPC sponsors a business incubator at Gibbs High School’s Business, Entrepreneurial, Technology Academy that provides mentorship and business lessons to students, who can earn 12–18 college credits for their business ideas and practical experience.

Veterans Florida

Through Titan Venture XLP, SPC partners with Veterans Florida to offer unique training opportunities for veterans interested in launching a new business or growing their current business. In March 2024, more than 20 participants participated an 8-week cohort held at SPC’s Downtown Center.

Green Innovations Summer Camp

For the second year in a row, SPC will host a Green Innovations Summer Camp aimed at high schoolers who want to create real and innovative solutions to social and environmental problems. Participants use VR/AR and 3D printing tools and can earn 3 college credits for attending.

The National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) is a 501(c) (3) organization dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship through community colleges by providing resources and support to build and sustain high-impact entrepreneurship programs.

The association represents 340+ community and technical colleges, universities and HBCU's including over 2,000 faculty, staff, administrators and presidents who serve more than three million students.
