Dominic Gianfrancesco

Dominic Gianfrancesco, a graduate of SPC's College of Business, started his career with Tech Data after a six-week internship in San Jose, Costa Rica, where he worked as a Business Analyst. One of the world's largest technology distributors, Tech Data, liked what they saw and offered him a position when he returned to Florida.

"Internships are a win for students, academic institutions and employers," said Marian Morlock, Director of Human Resources at Tech Data. Dominic was recently promoted to Accountant II at Tech Data, and credits his start at the prestigious international firm with the internship opportunity and knowledge he gained while at St. Petersburg College.

"Overall, I could not have asked for anything different," said Dominic. "I see great things ahead of me and I am extremely thankful to everyone at both St. Petersburg College and Tech Data for supporting me through this journey."
