This A.A. transfer plan is for students who want to pursue a bachelor's degree in Management & Organizational Leadership at SPC. Students who complete these requirements graduate from SPC with an Associate in Arts Degree and meet the state-mandated pre-requisites of their four-year major.

Program Summary

This program is offered as a Fully Online program. This Program of Study is intended to assist in the transfer advising process. Students following a transfer plan (MGTORG-TR) will graduate with an Associate of Arts degree from SPC. The following requirements include State Mandated Prerequisite courses and are intended to prepare students for transfer into the Management & Organizational Leadership baccalaureate program at SPC or an equivalent in the State of Florida (CIP 52.0299). The following subplans prepare students to transfer into a specific subplan at the baccalaureate level: • Management & Organizational Leadership (MGT-TR) • Entrepreneurship (ENTRE-TR) • Project Management (PRJMGT-TR) • Sustainability & Green Management (SGM-TR) • Sports Management (SPMGT-TR) You should always consult with your SPC advisor to determine if your anticipated program is limited access and to ensure the correct coursework is being taken (including any foreign language requirements).
