This A.A. transfer plan is intended for students who want to pursue a bachelor of science degree in Architecture at universities in Florida that offer it. Students who complete these requirements graduate from SPC with an Associate in Arts Degree and meet the state-mandated pre-requisites of their four-year major.
An A.A. transfer plan in Architecture can lead to a bachelor's degree that prepares you for a career in historic preservation, urban planning or construction management and prepares you for the Master of Architecture degree, the educational credentials you need for licensure as a registered practicing architect.

Program Summary
The following requirements are intended for students interested in completing an Associate in Arts Degree from SPC and transferring to an Architecture Bachelor’s degree program within the State of Florida (CIP Code 04.0201). However, all students who complete the following requirements will graduate with an Associate in Arts Degree (GEN-AA) from SPC.
You should always consult with your desired transfer institution to determine if your anticipated program is limited access and to ensure the correct coursework is being taken (including any foreign language requirements). For example, as noted below, ARC 2201, ARC 2501, and ARC 2180 are not offered at SPC but may be completed at another institution as a transient student and then transferred to the final institution.
