Elizabeth Van Scoyoc

Elizabeth Van Scoyoc was the first in her family to attend college. She earned her bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Administration from St. Petersburg College. 

"I didn't know a single person who had attended college, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I applied," Van Scoyoc said. What I discovered was that SPC has the best staff anywhere."

After graduating from SPC as her class' Alumni Achievement Award winner, Van Scoyoc recently completed her master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Barry University, through SPC's University Partnership Center. While at St. Petersburg College, Van Scoyoc was a memebr of Phi Theta Kappa, Student Government, Honors College and the Golden Key Honor Society.
