Pathway to Commercial Real Estate

This course examines various pathways to commercial real estate and its development. It is designed for students interested in new or existing commercial real estate ventures. Gain in depth knowledge on commercial buildings, their procurement, purchase, and management, along with state and local regulations. Engage with leaders and prominent experts in the field for real-world experience, mentorship, and apprenticeship opportunities. There are eight weekly sessions beginning at 9am at SPC's Downtown Center for just $149.
