Synopsis:

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005) is a fun, sci-fi adventure about an ordinary man named Arthur Dent who discovers that Earth is about to be destroyed to make room for a new space highway. Just before this happens, his friend Ford Prefect (who turns out to be an alien) takes him on a wild journey through space. Arthur meets strange and funny characters, like Zaphod Beeblebrox, a two-headed, crazy spaceship captain, and Marvin, a depressed robot. They all travel together, trying to figure out the mysteries of the universe, including the meaning of life, which turns out to be the number 42. The movie is silly, full of quirky humor, and shows that even when things seem confusing or hopeless, there’s always something to learn and explore.
