The courses in the Psychology major reflect the diversity of the many sub-fields in psychology. Required courses are designed to provide students with a well-rounded education in the discipline while allowing sufficient room for electives. Graduates of the program are prepared for advanced study in psychology and related disciplines as well as employment in professional entry-level positions in human service settings and mental health facilities.
